Middle East hotels reported decreases in occupancy (-2.2% to 66.2%), ADR (-7.2% to $174.60) and RevPAR (-9.2% to $115.59) for full-year 2016 results. Hotels in Africa posted a 3.6% occupancy decline to 55.4% during the year, but a 10.7% ADR increase to $108.14 drove a 6.7% RevPAR jump to $59.87 during the year.
